Getting around the UAE means choosing between several public transport networks, each run by a different authority with its own schedule, fare system, and coverage area. This hub brings together UAE Wow’s transport guides in one place, covering Dubai Metro, Etihad Rail, and the bus and parking content already live on the site.

Dubai’s metro and tram network is operated by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), while intercity rail across the seven emirates falls under Etihad Rail, a separate national operator launched in 2026. Knowing which authority runs which service matters for fares, since a Nol card works on RTA services but not on Etihad Rail.

Rail Networks

UAE rail transport covers both city-level metro lines and the new national passenger rail connecting emirates.

Etihad Rail Stations, Ticket Prices and Route — National passenger rail connecting Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Fujairah, with full station list and fares.

Dubai Metro Timings Today — Red and Green Line operating hours, peak frequency, and holiday schedule changes.

Etihad Rail does not connect to the Dubai Metro network directly at every station. Jumeirah Golf Estates, opening September 30, 2026, is the only confirmed Etihad Rail station with a planned future Metro Red Line and Gold Line connection.

Buses and Local Transit

bus timings UAE covers individual route schedules across the emirates, including the Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi to Fujairah routes.

Parking and Driving

parking timing UAE covers free parking hours, paid parking zones, and SMS payment codes by emirate.

What’s Coming to This Hub

Additional UAE transport guides are in production, including Dubai Tram timings, Nol Card balance and top-up instructions, and RTA fare comparisons across metro, bus, and tram.
